History:
Route 66 started in 2007 with just local moves in San Diego and San Francisco. With positive reviews and encouragement, they started doing long distance moves at extremely affordable prices. Using their own trucks and employees, they were able to provide prices never heard of before. Their business flourished and they expanded exponentially.
They moved to a bigger warehouse of 5000 sq. ft. warehouse in Miramar area in 2013 and started the storage services as well. This helped us in assisting our customers better as we gave them a place to store their furniture while they looked for a new place.
Slowly, in a year, they opened another location, Los Angeles and now cover entire San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Meet the Manager:
Michael M. started this company after getting inspired to improve the level of customer service in the moving industry when he had to go through two difficult cross country long distance moves. He started this company in 2007 with his partner.
Both of them knew that the key to success was customer service and hiring professional, trained and full-time employees. It only took them few years to build a loyal customer base which gave them more work with referrals and repeat business. They’re now known for their outstanding service.
Michael is now involved in the overall management of the business and ensures that his team is well-equipped technologically and with tools to carry out the relocation safely and smoothly.
